Standard: GB/T 508 GB/T 2433 SH/T 0067 ASTM D482
SH119B petroleum product ash tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T508, GB/T2433, SH/T0067 ASTM D482 standards. It is used for the determination of ash content of oil products and lubricating grease sulfate.This instrument is suitable for the determination of ash content of petroleum products containing ash additives (including some additives containing phosphorus compounds), lubricating oil containing lead and used engine crankcase oil.The instrument adopts a new ceramic furnace as a heating body, which is suitable for detecting the ash content of sulphates in lubricating oil containing additives and additive concentrates of blending lubricating oil.
Performance characteristics
● The output is controlled via a color touchscreen
● The housing is formed by folding and welding steel plates, with an exterior electrostatic spray coating, and the heating element consists of high-quality silicon carbide rods
● The furnace chamber is composed of alumina polycrystalline fiber, featuring fast heating speed and excellent thermal insulation.
● The microcomputer-controlled system is programmable, featuring fully automatic heating, cooling, insulation, and over-temperature protection, with a programmable 16-step heating curve
● Equipped with exhaust vents to extend the service life of the ash furnace.
