ST-16A Texture Analyzer
The ST-16A Texture Analyzer primarily consists of the standalone software dedicated to the texture analyzer main unit, spare probes, and accessories. Its basic structure generally comprises a mechanical device capable of inducing deformation in the sample, a container for holding the sample, and a recording system for capturing force, time, and deformation rate. Testing and result analysis are centered around distance, time, and force. The physical property analyzer primarily reflects texture characteristics related to mechanical properties, and its results exhibit high sensitivity and objectivity. The results can be accurately quantified through the dedicated software provided, allowing for an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the item using quantitative indicators.
It is suitable for automatic testing of grain and feed particle hardness in various fields such as chemical fertilizer, grain and oil, feed, and agricultural product quality inspection.
