It can measure the hardness, tensile strength, strength, pressure, and more of food and dough
The ST-16A physical property analyzer (texture analyzer) mainly includes dedicated software for the standalone version of the texture analyzer, spare probes, and accessories. Its basic structure generally consists of a mechanical device capable of deforming the sample, a container for holding the sample, and a recording system for recording force, time, and deformation rate. Testing and result analysis are conducted around distance, time, and force. The physical property analyzer mainly reflects texture characteristics related to mechanical properties.
