SD-2801C Constant temperature needle penetration tester

SD2801C constant temperature needle penetration meter is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements and related regulations of GB/T269 "Determination of the cone penetration of grease and petroleum grease" and GB/T4509 standard of the People's Republic of China. It is mainly used for testing the needle penetration of asphalt and lubricating grease (or petroleum grease).

The instrument can also be used for solid fine grain, powder, colloid, frozen materials, as well as cheese, sugar gum, butter, cream, fermented materials and other food raw materials inspection, in food industry, traffic and highway engineering and other industrial departments can be widely used.

Cone penetration refers to the depth at which a standard conical body (usually carrying a total load of 150 grams, but there are also regulations for 100 grams) sinks into a lubricating grease sample insulated at 25 ℃ within 5s. The unit is 1/10 millimeter. The greater the penetration, the softer the lubricating grease, that is, the lower the viscosity; On the contrary, it indicates that the harder the lubricating grease is, the greater its viscosity. The penetration measurement of asphalt does not use a standard cone but a standard pointed needle with a load capacity of 100 grams.
